Agreement to terms
By accessing or using any product, website, or service operated by Trendsy LLC ("Trendsy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use our stuff.
What we offer
Trendsy builds and operates mobile applications, websites, content brands, and digital products. Our offerings may change over time as we launch new products or retire existing ones. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Your account
Some of our products may require you to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.
Subscriptions and payments
Certain features or products may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple's App Store. Billing terms, renewal periods, and cancellation policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products. That includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, reverse-engineering our software, using our products for illegal purposes, or scraping content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, branding, and other materials within our products are owned by Trendsy LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User content
If our products allow you to submit, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of what you create. However, by submitting content through our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve our services.
Third-party services
Our products may integrate with or link to third-party services. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any issues will be corrected. You use our products at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendsy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top. Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
